CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following policy: Cancellations | Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 75% of the total service cost. Each client gets one courtesy waiver per calendar year. No-Shows | Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will incur a fee equal to 100% of the total service cost. Clients who repeatedly no-show will forfeit the right to book future appointments. Payment Authorization | By booking an appointment, you authorize Stephani Did My Hair to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with this policy.
