CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure I can provide the best possible experience and have the availability for all clients, I ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following cancellation policy: A deposit must be made at the time of booking through my booking link. If a cancellation is made before the 48-hour window of your appointment, your deposit will go towards your next scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within the 48-hour window of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost, & no-shows will incur a fee of 75% of the service cost. Repeat no-shows will no longer be able to book with me for future appointments. This helps me effectively manage my schedule & allows clients an opportunity to fill that time lot.
